So, who are we and why should you connect with us?

Yes, we are a lifestyle brand, but we want to partner with you so that your life and life choices improve as a direct result of engaging with our content.

I am the founder and my name is Ayshea.  I have 3 children and 1 cat (who behaves like my 4^th child!).  After 28 years of marriage I lost the love of my life, my husband, to cancer.  I have over 32 years of experience of working directly with people to help improve their quality of life.  I am not a stranger to hardship, pain or loss.

Nevertheless I know first-hand that it is possible to create a life that is less ordinary and instead, exceptional based on my, not someone else’s, value system.

And so, I have chosen to create content that I know will help others in the way it has helped me and those I have had the privilege of serving over the years.

Our content typically falls into 5 arenas: 

Mindfulness – This is where we create content that encourages you to stop and check in with yourself in a way that promotes a holistic approach to wellness.  It includes a range of topics, from dealing with anxiety to understanding your sympathetic nervous system and how to protect it in times of stress.

Life Creation – This is about creating content based on truths that you can put into practice in your everyday life, and over time begin to see real changes in the quality of your life.

Relationships – We come into contact with others from the day we are born, until the day we transition to the next life.  Our content on relationships looks at these interactions and how we can improve these interactions, by looking at ourselves first and then at others.

Spirituality – Our content looks at key spiritual truths based on the Christian faith; however you don’t need to be a Christian to engage with it.  Truth is universal and will always set us free.  If you are not a person of faith, don’ t be put off, you might surprise yourself and find some really useful material!  If you are a person of faith – get ready …

Reflections – These are monthly reflections that give you a minute to pause and take a minute to reflect on something that could actually change your life, if you give yourself the time and permission to put it into practice.  Change always starts with one decision at a time.

Life Creation Guild – LCG

This is the only content that requires a paid subscription.  This is for those who are willing to really make themselves accountable to change and are willing to pay the cost it may involve.
